I have over 14 years of experience working with a variety of distributed systems within the telecommunications and more predominantly the oil and gas sector. A large proportion of my career to date has been spent working in a client-facing role. Support of core network telecommunication platforms. As a worldwide support engineer, I partake in a range of support and project tasks. This can range from system builds, installations, configuration and integration. I also partake in major system upgrades on live platforms working closely with customers and external vendors. This role is highly customer-facing and can involve a large amount of travel.
As an Autism practitioner, I provided a high level of care and support to children and young adults affected by Autism. I also worked helped prepare young adults for independent living in the community.
